Hi Team,
This is an update to our latest Caller ID field at Checkout. In order for the call tracking to work properly we had to change that field to only allow a 10 digit phone number and therefore whenever there is no caller ID to be entered for whatever reason, you should instead be entering your own extension number with "10 digits" so if you're extension number is 8637 you should put 9738548637.

Customer Purchase Order Number
Hi All,
As you may have noticed a new search field at our orders page called "PO Num". This will allow you to search an order by the customers PO number to us (which could be sometimes all the customer has). This field will search for exact matches only, therefore it is important that you enter the customers PO into the PO number field, and the number only without any appendings to it. In the event you want to add a PO number to an existing order, you can do that by editing the order and it will show up at the lower left of the screen. All the best!

New Caller ID field at Checkout - Very Important!
Hi Tiger Team,
In an effort to have referral tracing on sales completed over the phone, we are implementing a new call forwarding application that will dynamically replace the general phone number on our web pages and display a unique phone number per visitor coming to our site from paid search sources. In conjunction with that, we have also added a new field on the checkout page "Caller ID" which will be displayed to order administrators only right under the PO number field, where you, entering an order on behalf of the customer will have to put in the customers phone number showing up on your phones caller ID.
This technology without going in to its details will track where the customer came from and when later completing an order over the phone with you, will allow us to match the order to its source using the customers caller ID.
This field will become mandatory as of Wednesday this week. In the event you don't have a caller ID showing up on your screen for whatever reason, you should type in "NA".
At the same time it is important to make it your business to enter orders while you're "signed in" with your user and from the "front end" only. We have made a lot of updates to the front end checkout page for admin users, that it is both no reason to use the back end new order page any more and also lots of other very important data and features are only available when you enter the order on the front end. For those of you that have concerns with this, please reply back to this email so we can address them.
